Sooooo...........

Hey long time no write....lol
Hmmmm.......can't remember where I left off last time so if I repeat myself ....oh well.
This update is for my loving little sister who so graciously requested I write on my blog and also asked "who's the man?" and anyone else's entertainment.
Sooooo the single life ended a couple of months ago........and no I didn't go back to Nick.....I may not be the brightest bulb in the pack but I definately have more intelligence then that. Please don't hurt yourself laughing now....ha ha.
No Nick was not a mean guy and I did spend 20 years of my life with him and we had a beautiful son together, so it wasn't all bad, but it's over now so lets move on.

"The man" is Ron. There happy? Oh you wanted more info then that.....hmmm
Ok well I met him on an online local dating site, which I might add that I had actually logged on there on the day I met Ron to remove my profile. Because I had decided after some very unpleasant experiences with a couple of other guys I had met on there ....lol....imagine that, that I had had enough for now!
So if either of us had logged on another couple of seconds later we never would have met....weird eh?
Anyway we did and now we are dating and all seems to be going well....knock on wood.
He is a very nice guy and he's easy to get along with. I like him very much and I think he likes me (so he says....lol). I'm sure I already drive him crazy....lol He likes to spend time with me and actually goes out places with me too.....(like he's going to my company christmas party with me in December and he met me today after my dentist appointment to hang out with me). So he was the first to know that I got my G1 because he was there.....lol
So there is the story of the new man in my life....lol You want to know more look on my friends list on facebook and there he is.....tah da!!!!

In other news in the world of Shari I got my G1 today....yay me!!!
So now that the easy part is over the fun begins....lol

Also I have an infected dead tooth....doesn't that sound lovely? So my choices are have it pulled and have a huge gap in my otherwise perfect mouth or get a root canal.....nice
Those aren't really choices its like picking the form of death you'd prefer....horrific, bloody and painful or just painful and bloody....
Yes I think I'll take the horrific, bloody and painful thank you, oh and can I get some mutilation on the side....lol

Ok Dee this part is for you in particular since you seem to enjoy my opinion rants so much.
For the few that actually read this regularly (or as often as I actually update) you know that I generally dislike most of the human race....not all, there are the elite few that i actually chose to invite into my inner sanctum and you know whom you are....lol. For the chance passerby that sees this for the first time you will just think I'm a bitch.....and you'd be right too....lol
So my chosen profession requires me to deal with the general population on a fairly regular basis. Bad choice on my part since I don't have patience for people on a good day, however I can fake it for short spans of time.....lol
Now I am not a genius by any stretch of the imagination but I do use common sense most of the time....yes I have days where I choose to be pretty over smart.
An example of using common sense versus not, when you change a password to anything next time you try to get into whatever it was, an intelligent person with half a brain would use the new password, thats common sense. But a not so intelligent person would use the old password and then call tech support when they couldn't get in. (A co worker told me that and I was just baffled). Or you hear an emergency vehicle siren behind you ....common sense tells you to get out of the way and stop.....stupidity says pull out into the lane blocking the vehicle so that they have to drive up on to the sidewalk to get around you which takes up an extra five or ten minutes. I hope the dumb ass feels guilty and knows that their lack of intelligence may have cost someone their life. If you don't know the rules don't leave your damn house with out your stupid sign or a competent guardian to guide you.

There is one thing that brings me joy and happiness over and over again and that is the dumb ass driver who is in such a hurry or thinks they are better for some strange reason and passes you (because you are going the speed limit) only to either get stuck at a stop light and you pull up next to them or they get stopped by the police for speeding....lmao....nothing makes me laugh harder....sorry that was out of the blue....

Now I understand putting lights up on your house while the weather is good to avoid the chance of ice falling on your head or getting frost bite while hanging your lights on your eavestroughs, because you know we get ten feet of snow every year.....not. But do you need to turn them on already?! Have a little self discipline for goodness sakes.
But what friggin excuse do the stores have for bombarding me with f ing christmas music one day after the kids went trick or treating decked out in there best freddy kruger or spiderman costumes. Don't get me wrong I love christmas, the lights the trees, and good will to men and all that other crap that goes with it. Hey I have even started shopping already....but holy hell I don't want to hear Deck the Halls and We Wish You a Merry Christmas for the next what, two months....omg I might have to hang myself with a wreath before christmas day if I hear Felice Navidad one more time.
Thats not even the worse of it, the christmas crap was out on store shelves before Halloween was even here, by a good two or three weeks. They were even in the same isle side by side....I'm sure that is punishable by death in some remote law some where and if its not it should be. Why even bother taking it down, sure just leave it out all year and just rearrange prices as the seasons change.

Ok enough about that I'm just annoying myself with that subject. Its getting late and I need to rebuild my patience levels again.....lol

Update & Review....LOL

So haven't been up to much lately. However I did go and see the new batman movie (The Dark Knight) the other night. It was pretty good, but very long. Went to the 10:30pm show and got out around 1:30am!!
Now I'm not saying it wasn't good but I don't think it was as fantastic as everyone told me it was. Although Heath Ledger did an excellent job as the Joker, and should definately get nominated for an award of some sort. But I also thought that Jack Nicholson was fantastic as the Joker in the original movie. This version was much more dark and violent, which of course I love. Lots of loud explosions which made me jump a hundred times and their was a few spots I thought were going to be gross but they didn't actually show it, but you thought they might.....lol. Luckily the person I went with was very tolerent of my jumping and covering my eyes, he even thought it was funny. But the movie was definately way too long. One other thing I noticed and maybe I'm wrong this movie didn't seem to be centered around batman (whom I was hoping would be Micheal Keaton or Val Kilmer again but was some guy I've never seen before) you saw alot more of the Joker and Harvey Dent guy then you did of batman. However I loved Micheal Cain as Alfred. Anyway enough about the movie all in all I liked it but would have rather waited and seen it on dvd then paid the retarded price of a movie ticket. Holy crap movie tickets sure have gone up in price!!!! Wow I knew I hadn't been to a movie theatre in a long time but wow I was stunned $12.50 for a ticket.......lol. Two tickets were almost the same price as the dinner we had before we got there......lol!!!! God now I sound old.....

Anyway thats it for today folks....

Very weird weather we are having this summer.
I sometimes think that the weather is reflecting my moods....lol.....like I control it by my temperment......that would be cool and dangerous.
Since I have moved into my parents house it has been storm after storm. And not little storms, I mean big, blow your house over thunder boomers. Its like the gods are having a world war up there, and who ever they are fighting is sure getting their butt kicked.

So nothing else new to report....Nicky is at his dad's again and its quiet and boring once again.
I need to start bugging my friends to go out. I'm so bored I don't know what to do with myself. I even find my online game boring....nobody to play with there either......maybe they are having the same issue I'm having.....or they have more exciting lives then me....lol
I tried playing some other games and cleaning my computer up and my room........that was done by noon.........lol. I even finished reading my book, so I'll have to go to library tomorrow to get another one.
Oh and there are a couple of people that I need to wish a happy birthday this month.

So another week almost over....yay!!!

Had to go back to work today, oh well it went pretty fast, since I only had to work two days of it.

But no more days off (paid any way). I have pretty much used all paid time off up.

Not much exciting happened this week except alot of thunder storms. A friend forwarded some pictures of the flooding of a main street in Oshawa I will post them.

Other than that I haven't been up to anything interesting. I will be childless next week as lil Nicky goes to his dad's this week. I hate those weeks. Anyway I'll post again.

Yay its friday!!! I had to drag my sorry butt out of bed this morning even though I didn't want to.
So I have one last opinion to post. I wish that if people are mad they would talk to the person they are mad at instead of assuming.
To end a friendship over an email, text message or even a posting on a blog or chat site is silly.
Try calling or even going to see that person and talking to them face to face (if its possible) and make sure you are ending a friendship for a legitamate purpose.
Thats all I have to say.

Apology

Hey everyone or the few that read this. So I guess some people took the last entry the wrong way. And the people I was actually referring to in the entry were not the ones that actually got the hint. The ones who mean the most to me thought I was talking about them and that isn't the case. Mom and dad I was not talking about you, you have been great and I mean that. Also John none of that entry was about you at all.
I will from now on only post updates about things going on such as how Nicky is doing or what he is up to. What and if anything new is going on in my life. I apologize to anyone else I may have offended with my last posting.
